Food Truck Catering for Large Scale Events in Boulder
Boulder knows how to throw a party—just look at the Boulder Creek Festival, races up Flagstaff, or Buffs tailgates on a crisp fall Saturday. The one thing these gatherings all have in common is a craving for authentic, local food that can keep pace with the city’s outdoor spirit. That’s where food truck catering for large scale events in Boulder really shines. Modern food trucks arrive with fully self-contained commercial kitchens, eliminating the headaches of pop-up tents, extra permits, and hours of setup or teardown. Best Food Trucks streamlines your event by coordinating multiple trucks, power, and service windows, so you can focus on those Flatiron views while we feed the crowd.
Our roster features a lineup of local favorites that Boulderites already track on their smartphones:
- Seb's Pizzas fires up award-winning wood-fired pies. They’ve been slinging slices around Boulder County for 12 years, serving everything from classic Margheritas to shareable appetizer boards, perfect for festival grazing.
- Arepas Caribbean food brings a taste of Miami and the Dominican Republic to the Rockies. Their handmade arepas and plantain bowls add a Latin twist that pairs perfectly with a craft beer from any of Boulder’s breweries.
- Los Dos Bros Mexican Food Truck and its sister truck Los Dos Bros Mexican Food Truck #2 double up on crowd-pleasing tacos and burritos, scaling easily for concerts at Chautauqua or large corporate retreats.
- Dos Manos rounds out the fiesta with fresh salsas and street-style specialties that keep lines moving and bellies happy.
From 500-person tech conferences on Pearl Street to multi-day music festivals at Boulder Reservoir, Best Food Trucks tailors menus, portions, and service speeds to match your guest count. We handle scheduling, on-site logistics, and even online ordering so attendees can skip the line and spend more time enjoying Boulder’s sunshine.

Food was outstanding as well as service. We would absolutely book with Arepas Caribbean Food again. I wish that BFT would connect customers with the vendor throughout the process as there were some miscommunications along the way. However, I do not believe this was the fault of the food truck.
