Hot, Customizable Meals for Boulder Studios—Ready When the Cameras Roll!
Searching for food truck catering for studios in Boulder? From sound stages off Pearl Parkway to indie film sets beneath the Flatirons, Best Food Trucks keeps your cast and crew fueled and filming. We deliver hot, on-demand meals that respect tight call sheets and Colorado’s ever-changing weather.
Our curated roster of local favorites means variety without the guesswork. Treat the team to Caribbean comfort from Arepas Caribbean Food, wood-fired pies from the award-winning Seb's Pizzas, or craft-made street tacos from Los Dos Bros Mexican Food Truck. Need a second service line for a night shoot on Table Mesa? We can roll in Los Dos Bros #2 or add burrito bowls from Dos Manos for seamless, staggered breaks.
Best Food Trucks handles every detail—mapping the best parking spot on your back lot, securing City of Boulder permits, verifying insurance, setting up contact-free ordering, and providing a transparent cost analysis that fits your production budget. We’ll even rotate daily menus so no one tires of lunch by week two.
Choosing food truck catering for your Boulder studio cuts food waste and single-use packaging, helping keep our Front Range foothills green. Let Best Food Trucks manage mealtime logistics; you focus on capturing that perfect golden-hour shot.
Fueling Boulder’s Creative Economy—One Food Truck at a Time
Booking food truck catering for your Boulder studio isn’t just the easiest way to feed a crew—it’s a direct investment in the makers, growers, and dreamers who give our city its flavor. Most of the trucks we dispatch to sound stages on 55th Street or pop-up shoots in North Boulder Park are run by solo chefs, family teams, and University of Colorado alumni who turned side hustles into rolling restaurants. Every taco, arepa, and wood-fired slice you order keeps money circulating from Pearl Street to Prospect and back again.
Choosing a truck is also the eco-smart move Boulderites expect. Our vendors cook in energy-efficient kitchens on wheels, arrive with compostable serviceware that meets the city’s Zero Waste ordinance, and partner with Eco-Cycle to divert food scraps from the landfill. Compared with diesel generators and buffet chafers, that’s a massive carbon-savings win for any production aiming for a green badge.
So the next time you Google “low-budget film catering near me” while storyboarding at the base of the Flatirons, tap Best Food Trucks. You’ll get hot, crowd-pleasing meals, champion Boulder small businesses, and keep our Front Range backdrop just as pristine as it looks on camera.

The food was delicious, however, they did not account for possible overages, even though it was discussed.

Food was outstanding as well as service. We would absolutely book with Arepas Caribbean Food again. I wish that BFT would connect customers with the vendor throughout the process as there were some miscommunications along the way. However, I do not believe this was the fault of the food truck.

Fries were blah. I love shoestring fries but these were not great. Very plain. Not a great taste. Our burgers were very good. Chicken fingers were average. I wish we could find a place that did amazing beer battered chicken fingers.

bang bang chicken was delicious. Would prefer if the fries were separate so they didn't get soggy or serve with rice instead.
