This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

Portions were back to normal and the food was so good this time around. Been a while since I last got food at the truck but I try to get them every time I come around. The Pancit plate online says it comes with "Meat of the day" but it didn't come with any meat. Lumpias were terrific.
