We hired Uptown Food Truck for a private party with 60-70 attendees. Everyone loved the food choices and high quality. Chef Chris and team did a fabulous job. We had four selections and all were excellent: Bacon cheese burger, grilled chicken sandwich, shrimp and grits, and chicken and waffles. We highly recommend Uptown Food Truck.

Chicas Birria was fantastic! Showed up on time, set up quickly and served our guests efficiently and effectively. The food was delicious! The Birria QuesaTacos were incredible and were served with dipping sauce. The Churros were a big hit, too! Our guests raved about the food.

The graduation party was a huge success. The food truck arrived early and was ready to serve as soon as we were ready to eat. Everyone I spoke with at the party said the food was delicious and they enjoyed it very much. They had a great variety of entrees and side items. The people on the truck were nice. It could not have gone any better. I would definitely hire this truck again and would recommend them to anyone interested in having a food truck.
