The pork would hold up well in Memphis. Perfectly smoked and great sauce. The fries were tremendous. Food trucks are usually either undercooked or burn soggy messes. Not this. Perfect crunch with the soft potato in side (for both the russet and sweet potato. Look forward to your return.

It wasn't bad. Just not my favorite. Maybe a bit more hot honey and 2 minutes longer cook on the pizza. Probably personal preference. Not a complaint.

The Cali Burrito never disappoints. The fries are always crispy and the burrito itself stays intact and is easy to eat! Also the orange hot sauce is a perfect balance of flavor and HEAT.

The Debris Fries are Delicious. The pork and chicken had great flavor and very tender. Not typical but the pasta salad tasted different today- and we didn't care for it🙃
