I'd like to hire one or multiple trucks to service my location on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule and attendees will pay for their own meals. Examples could be office buildings, campuses, etc.

Standard service times are between 2-3 hours. For example, a typical lunch service will be 11am - 1:30pm or dinner from 6pm - 8:30pm. A higher guaranteed sales minimum may be required for longer service times.

Would you be willing to offer a minimum sales guarantee? Standard minimum requirements range between $600 - $900 per truck per shift.

Ex. A minimum guarantee just requires the host to make up the difference in sales. For example, if the food truck shift ends with $700 in total sales, and the minimum guarantee is $750, the host would owe the food truck $50.
